Shipping Policy

 

General Information

We normally will dispatch your order within 2-20 working days depends on stock level.
Below shows the estimate shipping time for different stock condition :
- Item in stock: The processing and shipping time after placing the order is within 48 hours.
- Item out of stock: After placing an order, the production time of the product is 15-20 days. The product will be packaged and shipped after production is completed.

Key Points to Remember

 

Shipping times are estimates. The estimated delivery dates you see at checkout are not guaranteed. Production time for out-of-stock parts is not included in the shipping estimate and doesn't change based on your chosen shipping method.

Signature is required. All our shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will either attempt redelivery or leave a note with instructions for you to pick up the package.

Track your package. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It's your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and promptly report any issues to us.

Returned packages. We are not responsible for packages returned for any reason (e.g., wrong or incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, failure to pay duties/taxes).

If a package is returned, you may request either a re-delivery (you will be responsible for the shipping cost) or a refund (we will refund you for the parts, but not the original shipping cost).

Customs and Duties

Our shipments typically originate from China. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, duties, customs fees, or other charges that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for packages returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.

Below shows the estimate delivery time for different courier:
- FedEx: 7 to 10 working days
- UPS: 7 to 10 working days
- EMS: 10-14 working days
- DHL: 10-14 working days
- China post: 15-21 working days
- Hongkong post air mail: 15-20 working days

Delays in parcel delivery may occur, depending on your local customs policies. Occasionally, customs may randomly select parcels for inspection and hold them. You may also contact your local postal service to enquire whether any international mail has been received.
