3D SCANNING OF THE ORIGINAL
AT AISKA CARBON every project begins with the high-resolution 3D scan of the original motorcycle using a leading-edge Zeiss t-Scan Hawk of the 2nd generation. Up to 3,000 adhesive points per motorcycle capture every contour with millimeter precision before the relevant components are dismantled. A second scan now documents the exposed mounting points and hidden structures that are crucial for later assembly.
REAL BIKE FITMENT TEST
After 3D scanning the moulds to produce high-precision carbon fiber parts, we will also test the installation on real bikes again, although it will take more time, but must spend the necessary time here and be careful, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of installation, even if the installation of inexperienced customers can achieve self-installation, so that the customer to get a beautiful, easy to install the product is always our pursuit!
