Refund policy

General Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Returns are not possible for the following items:

Special custom orders, which you will be notified are non-returnable before placing your order.

Return Shipping: Since we are located in China, all products must be returned to our address there. You are responsible for all costs associated with this return shipping, including tracking, re-importation, and handling fees. 

Inspection: Upon return, your item will be inspected. We cannot accept a return if the item is damaged or has any problems that occurred during the return shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Reporting: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damage or missing items reported more than 30 days after delivery.

Three steps to return and refund.

Step 1 : You can contact our customer service first and we will reply to you within one day.
Step 2 : If the return request is confirmed, please package the product in its original packaging and our customer service will send you the return address.
Step 3 : Send the return shipment tracking numbers to aiskacarbon@hotmail.com

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
