3D-SCAN DES ORIGINALS

Bei AISKA CARBON beginnt jedes Projekt mit einem hochauflösenden 3D-Scan des Originalmotorrads mithilfe eines hochmodernen Zeiss t-Scan Hawk der 2. Generation. Bis zu 3.000 Klebepunkte pro Motorrad erfassen jede Kontur millimetergenau, bevor die entsprechenden Komponenten demontiert werden. Ein zweiter Scan dokumentiert nun die freiliegenden Befestigungspunkte und verborgenen Strukturen, die für die spätere Montage entscheidend sind.

ECHTER FAHRRAD-PASSFORM-TEST

Nach dem 3D-Scannen der Formen zur Herstellung hochpräziser Kohlefaserteile werden wir die Installation auch nochmals an echten Fahrrädern testen. Das wird zwar mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, aber wir müssen diese Zeit investieren und sorgfältig vorgehen. Dadurch kann die Installationsschwierigkeit erheblich reduziert werden, sodass selbst unerfahrene Kunden die Installation selbst durchführen können. Unser Ziel ist es immer, dem Kunden ein schönes und einfach zu installierendes Produkt zu bieten!
